## Where we work

Plettenberg Bay (all suburbs), Keurboomstrand, Wittedrift, Nature's Valley, The Crags, Kurland, Knysna, Sedgefield and the wider Garden Route. Site surveys and installations are done by our own local technicians.

- Fibre to the home on Octotel, Openserve, Vumatel and Frogfoot networks — uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled, month-to-month.
- Business fibre on Openserve — same terms, for offices, guesthouses and holiday rentals.
- 5G and fixed LTE internet (MTN and Telkom) for areas without fibre, farms, holiday homes and as fibre backup.
- Wi-Fi network design and installation (certified Ubiquiti UniFi and MikroTik).
- Cloud VoIP phone systems for business.
- CCTV camera systems.
- Every line we install is monitored 24/7 from our own network operations platform.

## Pricing

Pricing is not published. What is available at a property, and what it costs, depends on which networks reach that address, so we confirm coverage first and then send a written quote. Contact us for current fibre and 5G / LTE pricing.

Terms that apply either way: uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled; free-to-use Wi-Fi router supplied and configured; month-to-month with one calendar month's notice; billed in advance on the 1st with the first month pro-rata; RICA (ID and proof of address) required before activation. Fibre is subject to a site survey and network coverage; 5G / LTE carrier is chosen from a free signal survey at the address.
