Paying a Vektro Networks invoice.
Every invoice we email carries a Pay Now button. Clicking it takes you to a secure Netcash payment page where you log in to your own bank and approve the payment. Your invoice number is used as the reference, so the payment reconciles automatically.
Other ways to pay
- Debit order — the simplest option for a monthly service, and the one least likely to end in a suspension. Email billing@vektronetworks.co.za for the form.
- EFT — our banking details are on every invoice. Use your invoice number as the payment reference.
- Card or cash — by arrangement, for once-off work.
Security
Card and instant EFT payments are processed by Netcash (previously Sage Pay). You authenticate directly with your own bank or card issuer — Vektro Networks never sees or stores your banking credentials, card numbers or one-time PINs. We will never phone you to ask you to change banking details. If you receive such a call, it is not us: phone 044 023 0016 to confirm.
