Who we are
The connectivity arm of a business that has been here for two decades
Vektro Networks is the fibre and ISP division of The Computer Guy — a Plettenberg Bay IT business that has been fixing, building and supporting technology in this town since 2003. Vektro exists because our clients kept asking the same thing: can you just sort out the internet too?
So we did. We design, install, configure and support the whole connection — fibre to the home, 5G and LTE where fibre has not arrived, business Wi-Fi, VoIP and CCTV. One team, one phone number, one local point of contact for all of it.
That matters more than it sounds. Most connectivity problems are not one company’s fault in isolation — they sit between the line, the router, the Wi-Fi and the devices. When one team owns all four, nobody gets to point at somebody else.

We come out and look at the property. What the fibre networks actually reach at your address, where the signal sits if they do not, and what the cabling run is going to involve.

Usually same-day. What it costs, what is included, and what it will realistically do. No pressure selling and no surprise add-ons afterwards.

Installation
Cabling, router, Wi-Fi coverage and configuration — done by our own technicians, tested properly, and handed over working rather than left for you to figure out.

Monitoring, troubleshooting and upgrades after the install. Phone, WhatsApp or email during business hours, answered by someone local who knows your setup.
